Hailong Energy Service supplies coil tubing and hydraulic control lines from a manufacturer certified to API Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18000. All coil tubing products are manufactured in accordance with API Spec 5ST and have been recognized by major service companies and operators including Schlumberger, GE, Total, CNOOC, COSL, Anton Oil, and Kerui.
Coil tubing is a continuous length of steel pipe wound on a large reel — the workhorse of well intervention operations, enabling acid stimulation, sand cleanouts, logging, perforating, and production optimization without the need to kill the well.
Hydraulic control lines are used for surface-controlled subsurface safety valves (SSSV) and downhole flow control valves. Available in single and encapsulated multi-line configurations, our control lines are manufactured to meet the most demanding subsea and high-pressure applications.
